What data is collected

I collect personal data only when you provide it yourself through the forms on this site or by emailing me. There are two forms — the quiz on the front page and the contact form at the bottom of the page — and both collect the same details:

• name
• email address
• phone number (optional)
• the goal you select and your free-form message

The site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site's own server, so your browser does not connect to third-party font services.

How the data is used

I use your data solely to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a possible coaching agreement. I do not use it for marketing and do not sell it to third parties.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your consent and the preparation of a contract at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).

Data collected during the coaching

If coaching begins, I collect the information needed to deliver it, such as baseline measurements, weight, training history and details of your health insofar as they affect your training. Some of this is health data under Article 9 of the GDPR, which I process only with your explicit consent and solely to deliver your coaching. I do not disclose it to third parties.

This information is collected in the course of the coaching, not through this website.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for a maximum of 12 months from your last contact, after which they are deleted. If a coaching relationship begins, I keep the necessary data for the duration of the coaching and for the period required by accounting law thereafter.

Recipients

I use the following service providers to process the data:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — site hosting and form delivery.
• Resend, Inc. — delivering the form message to my inbox.
• Google Ireland Limited (Gmail) — the mailbox where messages are stored.

These providers may process data outside the EU. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• know what data is stored about you
• request correction or deletion of your data
• withdraw your consent at any time
• object to or restrict processing
• lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi)
